Jenis, Penyebab, Gejala, Pengobatan
Dan Terapi Kanker Kulit
         Kanker kulit adalah pertumbuhan sel yang tidak normal di jaringan kulit, umumnya karena banyak tersengat terik
matahari atau dampak radiasi ultraviolet (UV).
         Namun dalam banyak kasus, kanker kulit juga muncul di bagian tubuh yang
tidak terkena sinar matahari secara langsung.

Jenis Kanker Kulit
Ada 4 jenis penyakit kanker kulit , yaitu:
●Melanoma . Jenis ini paling mematikan dan
dapat menyebar dengan cepat di seluruh
tubuh. Ditandai denga munculnya titik-titik
baru seperti tahi lalat atau titik lama yang
mengalami perubahan bentuk, ukuran dan
warna.
● Nodular Melanoma . Jenis ini berkembang dengan cepat, tetapi kenampakannya berbeda dengan Melanoma pada umumnya. Titik yag terbentuk pada kulit berstruktur keras dan tak lama kemudian akan berdarah dan berkerak.
●Basal Cell Carcinoma. Jenis ini paling tidak berbahaya dibandingkan jenis yang lain. ditandai denga kulit yang mengeras atau kering dan bersisik. Berkembang dengan lambat pada daerah yang sering terpapar sinar matahari.
● Squamous Cell Carcinoma . Ditandai dengan penebalan kulit dan titik berwarna kemerahan. Bagian ini dapat berdarah dengan mudah dan menjadi seperti bisul. Pertumbuhanya dalam hitungan bulan, pada area yang biasa terpapar sinar matahari secara lagsung. Jenis terakhir ini banyak diderita pada usia 50 tahun ke atas.

Penyebab Kanker Kulit
Setiap orang beresiko menderita kanker kulit , tetapi padakondisi tertentu, seseorang lebih beresiko menderita kanker
kulit dibandingkan yang lainnya karena adanya faktor-faktor yang memicu.
Faktor-faktor penyebabnya antara lain:
1. Ada catatan kesehatan keluarga yang pernah menderita
kanker kulit. 5% penderita Melanoma memiliki sejarah
keluarga dengan kanker kulit jenis yang sama.
2. Memiliki tipe kulit yang sensitif terhadap radiasi sinar
ultraviolet, sehingga mudah merasa terbakar dan melepuh
jika terkena sinar matahari. Semakin gelap warna kulit
seseorang, bararti kadar pigmennya semakin tinggi. Ini
meminimalisir resiko mengidap kanker kulit.
3. Mempunyai banyak tanda lahir atau biasa disebut tahi
lalat di kulitnya. Jumlah tahi lalat ini dipengaruhi oleh
faktor genetik dan radiasi sinar matahari.
4. Terlalu banyak menghabiskan waktu di luar ruangan, tanpa
menggunakan pelindung sinar matahari semasa hidupnya.

Gejala Kanker Kulit
Kanker kulit muncul dengan tanda dan gejala yang bermacam-macam tergantung jenisnya.
• Melanoma : Bercak melebar dengan warna lebih gelap dari
sekitarnya, Tahi lalat yang berdarah atau berubah warna dan
ukurannya, Bercak seperti bekas luka dengan pinggiran tidak
rata, warnanya merah, putih, biru atau kehitaman, Bercak di
telapak dan punggung tangan, jari tangan atau kaki, atau
membran mukosa di sekitar mulut, hidung, vagina dan anus.
• Basal Cell Carcinoma: Benjolan bening dan mengkilat, Luka
berwarna coklat atau seperti daging yang bentuknya rata.
• Squamous Cell Carcinoma: Bercak kemerahan yang terasa
lembut jika diraba, Luka kering yang bersisik atau berkerak
dan bentuknya rata.

Pengobatan dan Terapi Kanker Kulit
Jenis, ukuran dan kedalaman tempat tumbuh kanker kulit menentukan cara pengobatannya. Kanker masih stadium awal
yang hanya di permukaan bisa diangkat lewat biopsi, namun jika lebih parah harus diatasi dengan terapi yang lain. Beberapa jenis terapi untuk kanker kulit antara lain sebagai berikut:
● Bedah kecil : atau Excisional surgery adalah
operasi penyayatan untuk membuang sel
kanker kulit yang berwujud seperti kerak.
Kadang, kulit yang disayat lebih lebar dari
ukuran kankernya untuk memastikan tidak ada sel kanker yang tertinggal.
● Kemoterapi: Jenis kemoterapi masih dibagi lagi berdasarkan tempat tumbuhnya kanker. Jika sel kanker masih di permukaan, obat kemoterapi diberikan dalam bentuk salep sedangkan jika sudah menyebar maka harus dengan obat yang diminum.
●Laser : Keuntungan laser adalah tidak memicupendarahan, luka atau bengkak. Namun biayanya sangat mahal.
● Pembekuan : Teknik ini disebut cryosurgery, yakni membekukan sel kanker dengan nitrogen cair sehingga sel-sel tersebut mati dan tidak menyebar lagi.
